Training
SMAC is a distinguished institution for training for mediation and arbitration in Kenya and East Africa. Our curriculum has garnered approval from the Mediation Accreditation committee, the established body responsible for regulations and supervision of institutions offering training regarding Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism in Kenya.
Accordingly, our course work is intricately designed to meet the training manual set by MAC, adhering closely to the standards.
Upon successful completion of our program, the graduates will undergo a refresher session and they will be accredited as court annexed Mediators, contingent on a successful interview with the MAC. The training sessions are flexible, accommodating both virtual and physical format to cater to the specific needs of the different organizations and individuals.
